Brief & free quote — Day 0
Send us a sketch, reference photo, 3D file or even a kid's drawing. NDA on request. We respond within 24 hours with a transparent quote, recommended materials and a sampling plan.

Pattern making — Day 3–7
Our pattern makers translate flat artwork into a 3D pattern. We confirm proportions, seam placement, embroidery layout and eye style with you before cutting any fabric.

Pre-production sample — Day 7–12
A senior sample-maker hand-builds the first plush. You receive HD photos, a short turntable video and the physical sample if you'd like to feel it before approving.

Refinement — Day 12–18
Up to two free revisions on fabric, color, fill density, eye type and embroidery — until the sample feels exactly right in your hands.

Bulk production & QC — Day 18–35
Cut, sew, embroider, stuff, finish, metal-detect, AQL inspect, pack. You receive an inspection report before shipment leaves the factory.

Logistics & after-care
We arrange sea, air or express by your incoterm of choice — and stay on call for re-orders, retail support and seasonal refreshes.

Frequently asked
- What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
- Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per design. For boutique launches and Kickstarter campaigns we can go to 50 pieces with a small surcharge.
- How long does sampling take?
- Most pre-production samples are ready in 7–12 working days from artwork approval. Complex IP plush may take 12–18 days.
- Are samples free?
- Sample fees range from $80–$280 depending on complexity. We refund 50% of the sample fee against bulk orders above 500 pcs.
- Which safety tests do you support?
- EN71, ASTM F963, CPSIA, REACH, AS/NZS 8124, GB6675 — through SGS, BV or Intertek. We cover children, adult and IP-licensed lines.
- Can you ship door-to-door?
- Yes — sea, air, rail or express via DDP, DAP, FOB or EXW. We've shipped to 38 countries and handle Amazon FBA prep on request.
